Donna Williford is a proud Vero Beach native with deep roots in her community and in the real estate industry. She has had the pleasure of working closely with the majority of Condominium Associations and Home Owner Associations in Indian River County while an Accountant with Elliott Merrill Community Management for 11 years. Meeting with Association Board members on a regular basis to know about each community’s needs, financial health and services to residents, Donna brings hyper-local expert knowledge to her real estate clients who are selling or purchasing property in the Vero Beach market. Donna also has in-depth understanding of the title process, a major component in any real estate transaction, having worked as an Escrow Bookeeper for 5 years with First American Title in their Vero Beach office. You can find Ms. Williford volunteering with local organizations she is passionate about like United Way. “It was an honor to organize the United Way Day of Caring events at my workplace, where we provided services to local homeowners like refreshing landscaping, repainting homes, and organizing merchandise at local non-profits like Habitat for Humanity. We also regularly participated in beach cleanups. Keeping our local community vibrant and our beaches and parks clean is a benefit to everyone who loves our area.” Her most recent efforts are with The Miss Hibiscus Pageant, a perennial local favorite, and The Festival of Trees at Riverside Theatre.
